Product Description
The Baier HP Series Ultra High Pressure Hydraulic Hand Pump provides manual hydraulic power for pressure-matched industrial tools and systems.
The series includes HP-100, HP-150, HP-200, HP-280 and HP-400, allowing buyers to select the correct maximum pressure according to the connected tool, hose, pressure gauge, couplers and fittings.
No electric or pneumatic power source is required, making the HP Series suitable for workshop maintenance and remote industrial operations.
Five models provide maximum pressure limits of 100 MPa, 150 MPa, 200 MPa, 280 MPa and 400 MPa.
The low-pressure stage provides 32 cm3/stroke for faster initial oil delivery. High-pressure oil displacement ranges from 0.9 to 2.5 cm3/stroke depending on the selected model.
The relief valve allows the pressure setting to be adjusted according to the connected hydraulic tool and operating requirement.
The integrated safety valve supports overload protection for the pump and correctly configured hydraulic system.
A usable oil capacity of 1.44 L supports a range of compatible industrial hydraulic tools.
Manual operation eliminates the need for electricity or compressed air, supporting workshop and field maintenance.
