Product Description
The Baier TD Series applies controlled axial force directly to the stud. Hydraulic pressure elongates the bolt slightly, allowing the nut to be seated before pressure is released and the preload is transferred to the joint.
The series includes 33 model configurations covering M20–M115 bolts for wind power, power generation, petrochemical and heavy industrial applications.
33 model configurations cover metric bolt sizes from M20 to M115.
Maximum tensile force ranges from 155 to 3793 kN, depending on the selected model.
Compatible with suitable manual or electric high-pressure hydraulic pumps.
Multiple tensioners can be connected to one pump for simultaneous operation.
