The motor is one of the key components that determines the working stability and service reliability of an electric torque wrench. The BRAC-S5000 uses a Metabo motor platform to support continuous industrial operation, stable torque output and reliable on-site performance.
Baier also holds Metabo distributor authorization, providing stronger confidence for overseas customers who care about component reliability, spare parts support and long-term cooperation.
Powered by Metabo Motor, Backed by Authorized Supply Support
Wind turbine assembly requires stable torque output, reliable continuous operation and efficient on-site setup. The BRAC-S5000 is suitable for tower flange bolting, hub assembly, structural bolt tightening and other high-strength bolting tasks where hydraulic setup is not preferred.
Its plug-in AC design helps reduce preparation time on site. Operators can work without hydraulic pumps, oil hoses or additional hydraulic connections, making the tool suitable for wind power installation, maintenance and large industrial assembly projects.
The BRAC-S5000 supports torque mode and torque + angle mode, helping operators control tightening more accurately in industrial bolting applications. The digital control interface allows users to set torque values and monitor working status during operation.
WiFi and Bluetooth versions are available for projects that require tightening data recording, traceability and quality control documentation.
Reaction Arms for Different Bolting Conditions
The BRAC-S5000 is supplied with a standard reaction arm. For special bolt positions, restricted spaces or customized industrial fixtures, Baier can provide custom reaction arms to improve tool positioning and working stability.
Common reaction arm options include trunk type, Z type, double force arm type, four point type and sliding reaction arm type.

Choosing the right electric torque wrench depends on bolt size, strength grade, target torque and working conditions. For safe and stable operation, the commonly used working torque should generally be within 80% of the wrench’s maximum torque capacity.
For bolt loosening applications, the required torque can be 1.5 to 2.5 times higher than the tightening torque, especially when bolts are rusted, overloaded or used in harsh outdoor environments. Please confirm the bolt specification and working condition before model selection.
Confirm the bolt size, strength grade and required tightening torque before selecting a model.
Keep the regular working torque within 80% of the wrench’s maximum torque capacity.
For bolt loosening, consider that dismantling torque may be 1.5–2.5 times higher than tightening torque.
Choose the correct impact socket according to bolt and nut size.
Select or customize a suitable reaction arm based on the working space and reaction point.
This product is not waterproof. Do not use it in rain, underwater or in wet environments.
Store the wrench properly after use and recalibrate it after maintenance or long-term operation.
For BRAC-S5000, the recommended working range should be selected based on the required project torque, bolt condition and whether the tool is used for tightening or loosening.
